About Erin
I've spent 10+ years at the intersection of events, technology, and design — building registration experiences, launching departments, and helping clients feel completely confident in every attendee touchpoint. I'm a Cvent-certified Event Tech specialist who also happens to love a well-kerned headline.
My story
I started my career in travel and hospitality — literally traveling the world, designing once-in-a-lifetime experiences for event attendees as a Travel Director at Maritz Travel. I learned quickly that the best events are equal parts logistics and magic, and I became obsessed with the space where they meet.
When I moved into marketing at RMC, I discovered something I didn't expect: I loved building the registration website. The thing everyone else dreaded. The conditional logic, the attendee journeys, the moment when a complex multi-tier system just… works. I established RMC's event registration practice from scratch and never looked back.
Over the past decade I've built complex registration platforms for corporate clients across 30+ destinations, launched and led a brand-new marketing department, and earned certifications in Cvent, UX/UI, and Figma. I do my best work at the intersection of technical precision and creative thinking — which is a fancy way of saying I care deeply about both whether it works and whether it looks good.
I love building the registration website. The thing everyone else dreads.

Career journey
Beyond the work
I completed a triathlon 8 years ago and I'm absolutely still counting it. Once a triathlete, always a triathlete. (The training was the real win, honestly.)
My illustration side venture — whimsical, playful, elevated work for children's books, surface pattern design, and hand lettering. Named after my first dog, Lovey. Where the really bright colors live.
Visit the site ↗My love of design doesn't clock out. I'm obsessed with interior design — constantly pinning, always planning a refresh. My husband has learned to ask "is that load-bearing?" before I start moving furniture.

I'm currently open to fully remote Event Technology and Registration roles. If you're looking for someone who brings both technical Cvent expertise and a designer's eye to the table — let's talk.
